So I actually got around to making another ref. sheet of Arroyo. It's a bit better than the last one, which is good but it doesn't display enough information but I sized it down to the important details. So basically your getting half the information of Arroyo from this but if you ask I might give you all of it.
I do love his expression, I wanted to make his eyes look kind of mello'd out and make it look like hes daydreaming, in which I kind of succeed I guess. I believe it has been three years since I first created Arroyo and tweaked his information here and there (And sometimes his looks!) and I'm still proud of how this character came out and glad to call him my fursona. Keep in mind that this applies to your other pictures as well, so sorry if it's a little long. *Ahem* Well, what really strikes me is that He's a little dead in the eyes. I know it's your style (Remember, though, a "style" is never an excuse) but I would suggest that you make them a little rounder and maybe add a little shine to make them look like they have some emotion. The mouth is a little wonky, but that's that whole anime thing I guess. Line art could be cleaner and a lot straighter. The ears don't look like they have an depth to them, but that's not too hard to overcome. His neck is too small, the head looks like it could fall off, lol. I'd say the water could be better, but water is just hard for anyone to do. Um... other than that, I'd say his legs were a little short on the full body things but I suppose some people just have oddly short legs.
The layout is nice though. Very clean, though the description sounds a little uncertain and forced. Your problem is mostly technically stuff. A lot of this, however, is effected by the whole anime/furry style having rules of it's own, even if they are entirely wrong. Sooo... yeah. Work on that or something.
